Mom’s Recipe: Green Gram Dal Chutney

Clean green gram dal and soak it with water for half an hour.

Then drain water add green mirch as your taste and salt do mixi (not very smooth). Remove from mixi.

Then put a pan on stove pour two spoones oil in it musterd jeera black gram dal and one  dried red mirch piece.

Mom’s Receipe : Mix-Vegitable Chutney

one beerakaya (see below for images) two brinjals two ladyfingers/okra small ball size dosakaya three inches length bottlegourd

do all small size pieces add mirch as your taste (not necessary to cut). all pieces with a pinch of turmeric add half-glass water till boil it become soft.
