Merit is a Genetic Accident. What?

i somehow had a good impression of Ram Jethmalani, until now. he argues that merit, which is reflected by a test score, is the manifestation of an underlying incident.. which is pretty much a random genetic accident. and hence can’t be used to recruit. the dude is now officially senile. check out this rediff report.. and wait for the ‘taken out of context’ defense.
